David L. Moss is the principal of the firm, which he founded in 2001. An exceptional trial attorney, David has over 20 years of experience handling complex real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate and business transactions, bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, employment disputes and contract negotiations.
With impressive expertise in New York landlord-tenant law, David had successfully represented management companies, private landlords and tenants in a range of proceedings, including commercial summary actions, non-payments, holdovers, drug evictions, Article 78 actions, Yellowstone actions, ECB, DHCR and DHPD proceedings.
David also has extensive experience litigating cases under the Rent Regulation Stabilization Law and Code, Rent Control and Loft Laws.
In addition to his litigation practice, David specializes in negotiating and securing tenant buy-out agreements and concluding residential and commercial closings. He also effectively handles employment contract disputes and other business challenges faced by his clients.
David received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1986 and a Juris Doctor with Honors Cum Laude fromNew York Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996.
